What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, address, job details and any photos you upload. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out work.

How it is stored

Quote requests are emailed directly to us. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, except where needed to deliver our services or where required by law.

Analytics

We use our own privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand how the website is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors found us (for example Google or Facebook), approximate location (town or city), device type, and whether a call button or the quote form was used. We do not store your IP address and this information is not linked to your name or contact details. No advertising cookies are used.
